AXG / HOW IT WORKS

The submission, physical card and final certificate move through a defined sequence from intake to verified return.

    Submit

    Create an AXG submission with your contact, return and card information. The system issues one submission ID for tracking.

  2. 02

    Receive

    AXG receives the physical cards and matches them to the submitted information.

  3. 03

    Inspect

    Centering, corners, edges and surface are examined as part of the condition review.

  4. 04

    Grade

    The card is assessed under the AXG standard and an overall result is recorded.

  5. 05

    Encapsulate

    The graded card is placed in an AXG holder and the finished presentation is checked.

  6. 06

    Verify & Return

    A unique public certificate and QR path connect to the final record before the card is returned by the selected method.

Turnaround timing

No fixed turnaround promise is published in the current formal configuration. Timing is confirmed by AXG for the actual submission.
